Before we go any further we need to have you agree to these terms of use:
The mPOWEr system is offered free of charge to you by the mPOWEr project at the University of Washington.
Your data belongs to you (see our Privacy Policy).
To use mPOWEr, you must be willing to share the information you enter into mPOWEr with doctors and other staff at UW Medicine and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA). These are the same people who have access to your medical records through UW Medicine's computer systems, and the privacy agreements employees sign as part of their jobs require them to use your health information only as they need to to perform their jobs.
In addition, we on the mPOWEr team are interested in improving care for all patients with wounds, and in improving the understanding of wound healing and recovering from surgery. We would like to be able to use your anonymous data (without names or other ways of uniquely identifying you) to study wounds and healing.
If you choose not to allow your data to be used anonymously, you are still welcome to use mPOWEr, and in that case our privacy policy requires us not to use your data.
And, all of you have our best wishes both your surgery and for your speedy recovery, without infection or other complications.
One moment please while the system sets up your account.
